Essential storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your privacy choice. The key soquetec_privacy_v2 stores whether you allow Google Maps and Vimeo separately, the notice version and the date of your choice. Your preference is considered valid for 180 days; we then ask again. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

Optional service: Google Maps

The embedded map shows our location. It remains blocked until you allow it. If you accept, your browser connects to Google, which may process technical data, such as your IP address, and use cookies or similar technologies according to its own terms and your browser settings.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Please read Google's privacy policy and its information about cookies, including their purposes and duration. Whether the map is enabled does not affect your ability to send an enquiry.

Optional service: Vimeo

The home page uses a Vimeo-hosted background video. The player and its scripts load only after you allow Vimeo. Until then, or if playback is unavailable, a locally hosted photograph is displayed.

When enabled, your browser connects to Vimeo and its delivery providers, which receive technical data such as your IP address. The player uses the dnt=1 setting to limit session analytics; this does not eliminate all data transfers or essential player storage. Read Vimeo’s privacy policy and cookie policy. Vimeo permission is independent of Google Maps and enquiry forms.

Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing consent

You can accept or reject optional services in the initial notice. Under Settings, you can choose separately whether to allow Google Maps and Vimeo. Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page to change your decision at any time.

If you withdraw consent, we remove the corresponding map or video from the page and block it from loading again. Withdrawal does not delete cookies the providers may already have stored: you can delete them in your browser settings.

Forms and external links

Forms are processed through Netlify Forms to handle the requests you choose to send. Consent for these requests is obtained separately. Links to social media or Google Maps open external services with their own policies.

AI assistant: Wonderchat

The assistant is available in the bottom-right corner of every page. Its code loads from app.wonderchat.io to display the widget. The service may use storage technologies to operate the chat. When you chat with the assistant, your messages are sent to Wonderchat. Google Maps and Vimeo controls are separate from this assistant. You can use our phone, email and forms without starting a chat. See our privacy policy for more information.

Other technologies

The website does not include its own advertising or campaign analytics tools. The external services described above may process technical data as part of their operation. If new optional services are added, this notice will need to be updated and your choice requested for those services.
