Your enquiry details

The form collects your name, phone number, service of interest, message and acceptance of the privacy policy. Requests are processed through Netlify Forms, the form handling service used on this website, and are made available to Soquetec.

Enquiry source

If you arrive from a campaign with UTM parameters, its source, medium and campaign labels may accompany your enquiry so we can identify which campaign generated it. This feature does not use cookies or load advertising tools.

Purpose

The information you send to Soquetec is used to respond to your enquiry and contact you about the services you are interested in.

Your rights

You can send requests relating to your personal data to info@soquetec.com or to the company's postal address shown above.

External services

The footer of every page includes a Google Maps map showing Soquetec's location. The map only loads when you allow Google Maps in the cookie settings panel. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which may receive technical information about your visit in accordance with its privacy policy. Links to Google Maps and social media open external services with their own terms and privacy policies. The home page includes a Vimeo video that remains blocked until you allow this service. Once enabled, your browser connects to Vimeo and its video delivery providers. We use the player’s Do Not Track parameter to limit Vimeo analytics; it does not prevent the connection or the transfer of technical data such as your IP address. See Vimeo’s privacy policy. We do not embed advertising tools.

Soquetec virtual assistant

This website includes an AI assistant powered by Wonderchat. The widget loads resources from app.wonderchat.io, so your browser connects to that provider to display it. If you use the chat, the messages and details you choose to provide are sent to the service to handle the conversation. Do not enter passwords, alarm codes, banking details or sensitive information. Responses are automated; you can contact our team on +34 91 279 29 99 or at info@soquetec.com.

Privacy preferences

You can accept or reject Google Maps and Vimeo separately and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer of any page. This choice is independent of the consent requested in the contact form. Please see the cookie policy.
